Average hotel. My room has a kettle but no tissues. Breakfast is boring as it is the same thing with daily oily friend egg and melon that needs further cut as some portion are simply impossible to eat. Room is average - probably it is a stop for most tour buses to come. Chambermaids are too busy and refuse to offer help when I asked for a plastic spoon. The public bus 146 takes visitors to Callao, Retiro Park and Cibeles Fountain. Not sure why my bus trip was free on Sat and sun

Avoid if possible. Staff were rude, argumentative and unhelpful. Room was unfortunately dirty, TV didn't work and the breakfast was terrible with half the items advertised missing each day. I'm hoping it was a bad timing and the accommodation isn't mutually like this, but we had an awful time and won't return.

My first solo trip and it was amazing, everyone was so lovely and friendly I don’t talk Spanish one bit but staff was happy for me to use google translate and I felt really comfortable there would definitely go back was amazing, I love I had the best burger in the hotel and the local restaurant are lovely and very welcoming, I went to gran via on the metro, metro is super easy to use once I got help to get a ticket and then gran via has some lovely places to visit and loads of shops felt a lot like London city and I would 100% recommend friends and family to visit x

Large room and bathroom, clean. The curtains and drapes are difficult to pull. The breakfast is OK but had same items five days in a row and does not contain vegetables. The bus ride to the center takes 40-45 minutes, so is not recommended for tourist purposes

Frankly for a 4 start hotel it is a complete disappointment. Room amenities such as coffee machine or water boiler with tea or coffee, glasses and facial tissues are not provided. Asked the front desk for facial tissues but was told to use the rough toilet paper instead. Perhaps that what people in Madrid/Spain are using nowadays to reduce their carbon footprints? Towels are not fluffy. Had dinner in the restaurant last night where salt and pepper shakers were nowhere to be seen. Food was bland. The only plus side was that it was clean. I would not recommend to stay here.
